1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Warrior Contracting, located at 634 Ridgeglen Drive, New Braunfels, Texas (“Sponsor”). Phone: (830) 444-4574. Website: warriorcontractingtexas.com.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the State of Texas who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Warrior Contracting and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on February 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on March 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. During the Promotion Period, you may enter by completing ALL of the following steps on Facebook or Instagram:
Standard Entry (one entry per unique friend tagged):
(a) Follow the Warrior Contracting account (@warriorcontractingtx) on Facebook or Instagram;
(b) “Like” the designated giveaway post; AND
(c) Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the designated giveaway post. Each unique friend tagged in a separate comment counts as one (1) entry.
Bonus Entry (one additional entry):
Share the designated giveaway post to your Facebook or Instagram Story and tag @warriorcontractingtx for one (1) additional bonus entry.
Entry Limits: Maximum of ten (10) entries per person, per platform, during the entire Promotion Period (including bonus entries). Duplicate tags of the same friend will not count as additional entries. Self-tagging (tagging yourself) does not qualify as an entry. Tagged friends must have active, public or non-restricted accounts.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Visa gift card with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Fifty Dollars ($50.00 USD).
The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent, substitution, or exchange will be provided, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about March 16, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative using a verified random selection tool (such as commentpicker.com or equivalent randomization software).
The potential winner will be notified via direct message (“DM”) on the social media platform through which they entered. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the date of the notification. If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at the Sponsor’s discretion.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of a potential winner to accept or use the prize for any reason.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. General Conditions
By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that undermines the integrity of the Promotion. In such event, the Sponsor may, in its discretion, select a winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to the entrant’s participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use the winner’s first name, likeness, entry, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes related to the Promotion without further compensation or permission.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at warriorcontractingtexas.com/privacy-policy. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
12. Social Media Platform Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”), including Facebook and Instagram. By entering, each participant acknowledges that they are providing their information to Warrior Contracting and not to Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsor, not to Meta.
13. Governing Law
This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Texas.
14. Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Warrior Contracting Giveaway Winner, 634 Ridgeglen Drive, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the drawing date.
